• A minimum of 30 hours a week will be devoted to work directly related to the Douglasville, GA Data Centers, with your physical presence required at the Douglasville site.
• Assists in the initial configuration and deployment of the Flexential DCIM. This includes power chain management (UPS, PDU, Panels, Panel Schedules) and space (Room, Data Center, Cage, Cabinet) management.
• Assists in the documentation of space and power assets during the customer provisioning process.
• Assists in the monthly reporting process of key customers. Gathering the required source data, formatting, and distributing to key stakeholders.
• Assists in facility risk assessments based on the configuration of each site. The identification and remediation of failover risks and escalations will be a key component of this role.
• Supports CIM and CIE personnel in the administration, training, and support of the Flexential DCIM. This includes performing demonstrations as well as virtual training sessions with remote facility staff.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience with the ability to extract and report data in Excel using graphs as well as create pivot tables/charts.
• Advanced understanding of inventory management functions and terminology for both space, cabinet, power, and power whip management.
• Advanced understanding of OpsDB including how to navigate, configure and generate reporting.
• Basic understanding of how to navigate, operate and retrieve data from source BMS/BAS and BCMS systems such as StruxureWare, Delta, RF Code and Obvius.
• Basic understanding of facility infrastructure such as UPS, generator, cooling, utility, and fire systems.
• Basic understanding of facility infrastructure capacities, terminology, and calculations such as amps, kW, kwh, tons etc.
• Basic understanding of electrical diagrams, control diagrams, building operations, control circuits, industrial HVAC.
• Basic CAD experience with AutoCAD, Solid Works, Autodesk Inventor, Visio or other 3D modeling and mapping software.

• At least 2+ years of facility operations experience required.

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Walk or stand for 25% of the time.
• Moderate or advanced keyboard usage.
• Limited travel may be required.
