Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions, ensuring optimal data delivery architecture, and collaborating with data scientists to support their analytical needs.

Duties:

- Develop, construct, test, and maintain architectures such as databases and large-scale processing systems.
- Implement ETL processes to acquire and integrate data from various sources.
- Design and maintain efficient data models in support of business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
- Optimize and troubleshoot the performance of data solutions.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience in data warehouse design and data modeling.
- Proficiency in database design, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Hive, Spark, and Hadoop.
- Knowledge of programming languages like Java for backend development.
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Understanding of server infrastructure and linked data concepts.
- Proficiency in VBA for automation tasks is a plus.

Pay: $102,724.06 - $123,710.70 per year
