The Senior SAP MM/WM Consultant is responsible for managing and optimizing the SAP Materials Management and Warehouse Management modules to ensure efficient procurement inventory management and warehouse operations
•
This role requires in depth knowledge of SAP systems and the ability to provide strategic guidance to improve supply chain processes SME of Operations including Manufacturing processes Work in Process (WIP) Bill of Materials (BOM) Routings Product Master Data MRP Work centres Inventory Costing Stock Controls Forecasting and Purchasing
•
Configure and maintain SAP MM/WM systems to meet business requirements including defining master data purchasing documents and pricing procedures
•
Ensure that SAP system configurations align with industry best practices and support the companys objectives
•
Material Master Vendor Master Info records Pricing Condition Records etc
•
Analyse existing procurement inventory and warehouse management processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
•
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline and automate processes using SAP solutions
•
Understanding of end to end Direct and Indirect Procurement along with inventory management processes in manufacturing industry
•
Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of material master data vendor master data and other relevant data elements
•
Implement data governance standards to ensure data consistency and integrity
•
Perform data cleansing and enrichment activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness
•
This may involve data validation and correction
•
Configure and customize the SAP MM/WM modules to support master data management requirements
